Drug Test for public Assistance

I was having a discussion on Facebook with a friend and others whether there should be drug tests for those receiving public assistance. I also ask the question should there be tighter restrctions on those receiving all types of government benefits which to include student loans , business loans , and government bailouts. foreign aid.

The infamous Friend Zone

All men at some point in their life have expirience what has been labeled "The Friend Zone" . It is a bottomless pit that is impossible to get out of. By the time a man figures out he is in the friend zone he has already missed out on where he went wrong in the first place to be put there. It has been my expirience that women use keywords when they have made up their mind. Often times as men when arent as quick on the uptake as women are so we miss the boat. Most Men don't realize where they go wrong, its just a theory but I have closely observed the key moments when a man ends up in the friend zone..
When she says

1.) "You are soooo sweet",
2.)"You are a great guy but..."
3.)"You are like a brother to me"

Please I would like some men and womens opinions or stories about friend zone expiriences. Whether you have been placed in there or placed someone in there. or even key moments when it occurs 

Rick Perry and his OKKK Corral

Well it is apparent to me that many are upset and surprised to learn about this ranch that is owned by Texas Governor and Republican Presidential candidate Rick Perry. My question to those who are offended is are you really surprised? I mean Texas politicians in general have never been much of a beacon for Civil Rights and are often very vocal in subtle ways about their contempt for "so-called minorities" . Personally I would rather someone show their true colors instead of hiding behind a so-called cloak of liberalism and alleged progressiveness and show their true colors once in office.
