Drug Test for public Assistance
I was having a discussion on Facebook with a friend and others whether there should be drug tests for those receiving public assistance. I also ask the question should there be tighter restrctions on those receiving all types of government benefits which to include student loans , business loans , and government bailouts. foreign aid.

I don't see an issue with asking welfare recipients to take a drug test in order to qualify for benefits. However, I would like to see additional job training implemented for recipients.
